The Guardian of Pulverized Coal Filtration
In the core area of the coal injection system, a device called the MGQ type pulverized coal filter exists like a guardian. It is cleverly installed after the gas supply regulator of the main coal injection pipeline at the outlet of the injection tank. Its function is not only filtration, but also ensuring the unobstructed pneumatic conveying of pulverized coal.
I. The Light of Technology
This device is specially designed for handling pulverized coal. It can effectively filter out coarse particles, woven fibers, wood chips and other debris in the pulverized coal. The medium it applies to is the mixture of pulverized coal and nitrogen (or air), with a design temperature of 100℃ and design pressures up to 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa and 2.5MPa. It is particularly worth mentioning that its filtration area is at least 4 times the area of the inlet main pipe, ensuring the filtration efficiency and effect.
II. Shape and Characteristics
The MGQ type pulverized coal filter has a variety of external connection dimensions, with nominal diameters ranging from DN40 to DN150 and other specifications, adapting to different industrial needs. It has a compact structure, light weight and reliable performance. Whether in the metallurgical or petrochemical industry, it can handle the filtration tasks on various dust pipelines and containers with ease.
III. The Mission of the Pulverized Coal Filter
In the entire coal injection system, the pulverized coal filter plays a crucial role. If the blast furnace coal injection system is compared to a human body, then the pulverized coal filter is the body's cleaner. It is specifically responsible for removing debris in the conveying pipeline, preventing foreign matter from clogging, and ensuring the smooth pneumatic conveying of pulverized coal.
The pulverized coal filter professionally designed by our company is made of carbon steel, with a wear-resistant layer on the inner layer to resist the abrasiveness of pulverized coal. It adopts a double-cone butt-welded structure, and the inside of the shell forms a stable airflow through a specific design angle. This not only makes the passage of pulverized coal smoother, but also reduces the resistance during passage, thereby lowering wear.
Its filter plate is made of wear-resistant manganese steel and is designed to be removable and installable, which not only facilitates daily maintenance and replacement, but also reflects the uniqueness and humanized care of the design. At the same time, its unique and compact structural design, large filtration area and small resistance loss make the inspection and replacement of the filter plate extremely simple.
IV. Literary Description
This device is like a loyal guardian, silently fulfilling its mission. In the world of the coal injection system, it is both a cleaner and an engineer. With its unique structure and performance, it ensures the normal operation of the coal injection system. Whether in a metallurgical workshop or a petrochemical base, it is an indispensable presence.
In general, the MGQ type pulverized coal filter has won extensive praise in the industry with its efficient, reliable performance and unique design. It is a loyal partner of the coal injection system and an indispensable part of industrial production.
